RETURNS


Unopened Packages: You may return unopened packages for exchange, refund or credit of the purchase price for a new order within 20 days of your purchase. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED UNTIL ITEMS ARE RETURNED AND INSPECTED. ​

Opened Packages: You may return product(s) for exchange or refund within 20days of your purchase if the garment is intact and in the same condition it was received. No obviously used, soiled, or otherwise altered items will be accepted nor will refunds be provided. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED UNTIL ITEMS ARE RETURNED AND INSPECTED. ​

Empty Containers: If a product is returned for refund and its' original contents are missing, there will be no refund or exchange issued. This will be determined by the weight of the returned container. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. ​

Non-receipt  of confirmed delivery items: If a package is tracked but the customer disputes receipt,  we do not issue refunds and will refer you to the shipping carrier for claims and reimbursement.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if a shipping error occurs and we ship you the wrong products, we will issue a return label for you to return the package back to us at no cost. If you have received free shipping on your order, you will be refunded on all items returned minus shipping fees. ​ Other Information: Please make sure that the items you are returning were purchased from our store. Customers returning products that were not purchased from our store will not be issued any refunds or replacements. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED UNTIL ITEMS ARE RETURNED AND INSPECTED.
